The Opportunity Hatch is hiring Business Development Representatives to help build pipeline and drive growth.
This is not a passive role. We are looking for competitive, high-energy people who want to learn how to sell, create opportunities, and earn their way into bigger responsibility. You will be on the front lines of our go-to-market effort, opening doors with healthcare leaders and helping build a repeatable outbound engine.

What You’ll Do
Prospect into specialty practices, hospitals, and health systems
Build pipeline through email, phone, LinkedIn, and disciplined outbound activity
Research accounts and identify the right decision-makers
Write personalized outreach that gets responses
Qualify opportunities and book meetings for the sales team
Keep CRM activity and pipeline data clean and current
Partner with sales and marketing to sharpen messaging and targeting
What We’re Looking For
0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, athletics, hospitality, or another high-accountability environment
Strong communication skills, especially written communication
Competitive mindset and strong work ethic
Coachable, organized, and resilient
Comfortable with outreach, follow-up, and hearing “no”
Interest in healthcare, technology, and growth-stage companies
