We help specialty practices, hospitals, and health systems automate inefficient referral workflows, improve staff efficiency, and manage every referral from intake to insight. Hatch is built to help healthcare organizations move faster, work smarter, and grow. The Opportunity Hatch is hiring Business Development Representatives to help build pipeline and drive growth. This is not a passive role. We are looking for competitive, high-energy people who want to learn how to sell, create opportunities, and earn their way into bigger responsibility. You will be on the front lines of our go-to-market effort, opening doors with healthcare leaders and helping build a repeatable outbound engine.
