
Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

Vaco has partnered with a client on the northwest side of Indianapolis to hire a Marketing Coordinator for a full time, direct hire opportunity.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Execution and Ownership
Own the day‑to‑day execution of marketing efforts.
Translate strategy and direction into completed work across channels.
Ensure marketing initiatives launch on time and remain consistent.
Maintain organization so nothing stalls, slips, or lives only in someone’s head.
Communicate clearly with leadership about progress, needs, and blockers.
Social Media and Customer Engagement
Create, schedule, and publish content across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, and others as appropriate).
Maintain a steady, professional posting cadence using:
Created content (team moments, installs, behind‑the‑scenes, customer stories).
Curated content (seasonal tips, home care guidance, community highlights).
Engage with customers by responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
Uphold a calm, clear, non‑gimmicky brand voice at all times.
Email and Customer Communications
Write and send customer and member emails following established cadences.
Execute campaigns through tools such as ServiceTitan Marketing Pro.
Manage lists, timing, and basic segmentation.
Ensure emails are clear, accurate, and on‑brand.
Campaign and Vendor Coordination
Coordinate execution with external partners (SEO agency, printers, signage vendors, etc.).
Help manage logistics for:
Direct mail campaigns
Yard signs
Door hangers
Other neighborhood presence efforts
Track what has been deployed, where, and when.
Organization, Reporting, and Follow‑Through
Track basic marketing activity and outcomes (what ran, when, and where).
Maintain simple documentation and checklists.
Surface issues early when something isn’t working or falling behind.
Participate in regular check‑ins with leadership and the fractional CMO.
Qualifications Required
Strong written & verbal communication skills.
Comfort creating and managing social media content.
Ability to execute email campaigns and customer communications.
High level of organization and follow‑through.
Coachability and willingness to receive direction and feedback.
Ability to manage recurring responsibilities without constant supervision.
Preferred
Experience in home services, trades, or a service‑based business.
Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar CRM/marketing platforms.
Basic design or content creation experience (Canva, simple video, etc.).
Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this role is not disclosed. Eligible for discretionary bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, and participation in the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
