Responsibilities

Travel Planning

Secure hotel, buses, flight plans, and meals. Prepare season travel schedule with head coach and communicate to student development. Secure practice facilities and coordinate travel party with head coach. Handle travel money, meal per diems, and home/away game ticket allotment. Practice Coordinator

Communicate with athletic operations practice times and needs. Scheduling

Work with head coach to secure all opponents contracts and verify times and dates for game schedule. Establish pre-game schedule for home games and communicate to game management. Secure pre-game schedule for all away games and communicate with head coach. Compliance

Have knowledge of NCAA rules and communicate with compliance office. Responsible for all compliance forms for travel. Responsible for working with soccer staff on all aspects of ACS software system. Home Game Meals

Set up all home game, spring break, and after classes are out meals for team. Team Functions

Organize with head coach any team dinners. Coordinate community service with student development/head coach. Keep record of individual and team hours for community service. Assist head coach in planning senior day, parents' day, etc. Video Coordinator

Responsible for coordinating video for all practices, home, and away contest. Supervise managers for video production. Teamworks

Build quality relationships and work collaboratively and professionally with Pirate Club, athletics, and University staff, students, business vendors and all donors and stakeholders bi-monthly. Abide by all written policies and procedures of ECU, the Department of Athletics, The Educational Foundation (Pirate Club), the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), and all applicable conferences or associations. Perform other duties as assigned Nights, weekends, holidays, extended hours, and travel are required in the performance of duties. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required. Qualifying degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions and conferred by the time of hire. Soccer experience and/or operations experience preferred. Application Requirements
