Dining Experience Manager Location: Loudon, Tennessee | Type: Full-Time, Salaried | Salary: $53,000 per year

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dining Manager to oversee all aspects of our dining operation. This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering an exceptional guest dining experience, managing front‑of‑house staff, and ensuring smooth, professional service at every meal. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, natural leader, and passionate about hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the dining room, ensuring consistently high standards of service, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise front‑of‑house dining staff, fostering a positive and professional team environment.

Collaborate with the culinary team to coordinate meal service, menu rollouts, and special dining experiences.

Manage dining reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to ensure a seamless experience.

Handle guest feedback and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.

Monitor and manage dining budgets, labor costs, and supply needs.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Support and execute private events, special dinners, and curated dining packages.

Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and allergens to guide staff and assist guests.

Uphold and reinforce a culture of warm, attentive, and personalized Southern hospitality.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a dining management or front‑of‑house leadership role, preferably in an upscale, resort, or fine dining environment.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a hospitality team.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest‑first mindset.

Experience with reservations systems and point‑of‑sale (POS) platforms.

Food Handler’s certification or ServSafe Manager certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Passion for local, seasonal dining and a genuine love of hospitality.
