Campus Ministry and Fundraising Partner

We’re seeking a ministry partner to help build and grow a campus or church ministry effort at Penn State through evangelism, fundraising, relationship-building, and donor care. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in relational ministry and enjoys meeting new people, sharing vision, following up with contacts, and helping mobilize support for gospel-centered work. The right person will be energized by connecting with people, comfortable in conversations with potential supporters, and able to communicate mission in a warm, clear, and compelling way. Trailblazers is a start-up ministry partnered with New Hope Church and Vineyard Altoona. We are led by a Penn State graduate and longtime campus ministry leader with experience in Spirit-filled, intergenerational ministry for Penn State students and the broader community. Our focus is meaningful community, biblical teaching, evangelism, and Holy Spirit-led growth. We bring strengths in teaching, strategy, systems, discipleship, ministry development, and a deep knowledge of the State College community. The ideal partner would complement those strengths by leading the relational and support-building side of the ministry. What this role includes: Evangelism and outreach. Fundraising and donor development. Building relationships with students, families, churches, and supporters. Assisting with ministry planning and follow-through. Working collaboratively in a shared ministry partnership. The ideal candidate: Genuinely enjoys evangelism and fundraising. Is socially confident and relationally gifted. Values consistency, shared commitment,, and long-term partnership. Communicates well with both new people and long-term supporters. Is organized, dependable, and spiritually mature. Values collaboration and complementary ministry gifts. Wants to serve in a mission-focused, kingdom-minded setting. This could be an especially strong fit for someone with experience in: Campus ministry. Church planting. Outreach and evangelism. Hospitality and relational leadership.
