TS Banking Group is seeking to hire a
Credit Operations Specialist II . This position is responsible for preparing loan documents and supporting documentation for all loan types in the Credit Operations department.
Education and/or experience preferred: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus additional bank related training; at least three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in Consumer Real Estate loan documents preparation.

Experience And Skills
Process documentation for loan requests secured by commercial, agricultural and consumer loans, including real estate property. Assist lenders with coordination of and the execution of participation agreements, closing documents and disbursements with participating bank, including tracking payments and reports for all purchased participations. Participation loans may include SBA loan processing.
Process boarding and funding requests for executed loans utilizing bank's core system. Includes scanning document, file retention, collateral perfection and loan maintenance requests. Role also supports charge-off and non-accrual loans.
Create, modify and review exception reports for ticklers. Collect and correct items needed.
Work with attorney or title company for loan closing.
Maintain client forms, modify and/or add form definitions each quarter.
Maintain accounts utilized to support fees accrued for collateral perfection.
Key SBA payments into core system.
Originate wire funding for wires.
Ability to perform all other duties as assigned.
Comply with all banking and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees of company and the general public. Must possess good communication skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to operate the following: telephone, personal computer, printer, copy machine, fax machine. Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software programs. Advanced PC knowledge beneficial.
