Temporary Human Resources Director Qualifications & Responsibilities
Review payroll bi‑weekly and update personnel policies as needed
Coordinating interviews for new staff along with the recruitment team
Onboarding new hires and organizing orientations
Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed
Any other duties as assigned
2 years long‑term care experience is preferred
Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Schedules & Benefits
