Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed and accurate estimates for commercial and residential projects.
Assess project scope, materials, labor, and vendor pricing to develop competitive proposals.
Monitor vendor and subcontractor pricing to keep estimates current.
Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Develop new business through networking, prospecting, and events.
Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting.
Build strong client relationships that drive trust, referrals, and repeat business.
Participate in daily sales training sessions.
Requirements
Background in construction, project management, or architecture.
3+ years of estimating experience with a general contractor or similar environment.
Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Experience with estimating software, project management and CRM tools highly desirable.
Sales experience is a plus; otherwise, a customer‑driven mindset with comfort advising clients.
Clear and confident communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Employment type: Full-time position.
Compensation: $70,000 base salary + uncapped commission (typical first‑year earnings reach $85,000).
Additional incentives: Up to $20,000 in performance‑based bonuses.
