Job Description We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing practice. This part‑time opportunity (~20 hours a month) is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, content creation, and building community connections. The role will showcase our patient experience, support office events, and strengthen our presence across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Capture photo and video content within the practice (patients, team, and office environment)
Create and post engaging content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
Assist with planning and executing marketing initiatives and office events
Coordinate and schedule lunches and community outreach activities
Support brand visibility through consistent and creative content
Collaborate with the office team to highlight patient experiences and milestones
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation preferred
Comfortable using social media platforms for business purposes
Creative eye for photography and short‑form video (Reels/TikTok)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self‑motivated with the ability to manage a flexible schedule
