About the Opportunity I’m partnering with a highly respected, technology-forward Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm seeking a
Relationship Manager
to support its growing client base. This is a high-touch, client-facing role working closely with financial advisors to deliver an exceptional experience to multi-generational families. The firm operates within a structured, process-driven environment and leverages advanced financial planning technology. They are looking for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working within the RIA model.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests
Open and maintain client accounts, transfers, and distributions
Prepare documentation and ensure compliance accuracy
Support advisors with meeting preparation and follow-up
Maintain accurate CRM records and client data integrity
Assist with financial planning workflows and implementation
Coordinate with custodians and third-party providers
Ensure timely and thorough follow-through on all client matters
Contribute to a structured, process-driven service model
Required Qualifications
Series 65 license
preferred
Strong understanding of the RIA model
2+ years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory support
Tech-savvy with strong systems aptitude
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and client service skills
Salesforce (CRM preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
$70,000–$85,000 base salary +Bonus
Annual bonus based on individual and firm performance
