Relationship Manager / Client Service Associate
to its growing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the center of the client experience in a wealth management environment. You’ll work closely with advisors and serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping ensure every interaction, request, and follow-up is handled with accuracy, professionalism, and care.

What You’ll Be Doing
Serve as a primary point of contact for client service needs and account-related requests
Open and maintain client accounts, including transfers, distributions, and account updates
Prepare forms and documentation with a high level of accuracy and compliance awareness
Support advisors with meeting preparation, follow-up, and client communication
Maintain clean, accurate CRM records and ensure data integrity across systems
Assist with financial planning workflows, implementation steps, and service execution
Coordinate with custodians and third-party partners to help move client requests forward
Ensure timely, organized, and thorough follow-up on all client mattersHelp support a high-touch, process-driven service model built around the client experience
What They’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in wealth management, private wealth, financial advisory support, or a similar client service role
Understanding of the
RIA model
Series 65 preferred
Strong client service skills and professional communication
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a structured, fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy with strong systems aptitude
Experience with
Salesforce
or a similar CRM is preferred
Someone who is dependable, polished, and takes ownership of their work
