ETS is looking for a
Client Relationship Administrator
to join our client's team.
Primary responsibilities as a Client Relationship Administrator:
Act as a liaison between clients and advisors to ensure exceptional service
Provide research support on client portfolios, investment options, and market trends
Support clients by preparing presentations, paperwork, and compliance materials
Coordinate communication between clients and multiple advisors, ensuring follow-up and next steps
Assist with research, client meetings, trade execution, and portfolio review processes
Your skills and experience:
Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn financial software
Professional experience working directly with clients in a service‑focused environment
Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
Strong problem‑solving, research, and organizational abilities
