We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join a leading Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm. This client‑facing role is dedicated to maintaining, deepening, and enriching client relationships. As the primary point of contact for service‑related needs, you will ensure exceptional service delivery while supporting various business functions such as marketing, performance reporting, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary client contact for all service‑related needs.

Handle client requests and inquiries, including:

Money movement

Security transfers

Account maintenance

Online access assistance

Manage new account onboarding, including document preparation and custodian platform processing.

Proactively engage with clients to strengthen relationships and assist with meeting preparation.

Support internal teams with marketing initiatives, performance reporting, and administrative tasks.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in Client Services within the Financial Services industry.

Series 65 certification required.

Strong communication skills and a growth mindset.

Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
