Job Summary
Pay: $48.44 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
Assignment Length: 6 months
Responsibilities for a Client Relationship Manager include but are not limited to
Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, providing client support, trade/position management, and relationship management across futures, options, and derivatives
Act as a subject matter expert handling client inquiries related to trades, lifecycle events, reporting, commission, and product offerings
Manage client escalations and issue resolution, coordinating internally across teams to deliver timely and effective solutions
Drive client engagement and strategy through regular meetings, reporting, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to improve processes and promote self‑service tools
Qualifications for a Client Relationship Manager
Strong communication, leadership, and client‑facing skills with the ability to manage relationships in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
Experience with futures, options, derivatives clearing, and global markets, including knowledge of margin processes and industry regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with experience using systems such as GMI and other clearing platforms
Ability to multitask, take ownership, assess risk, and work independently, while driving innovation and process improvement in a collaborative environment

Pay Details: $48.44 per hour
