Major Responsibilities Recruitment and Admissions

Cultivate and strengthen relationships with high schools, community organizations, and college access programs, focusing on the Buffalo/Niagara region, while expanding outreach beyond.

Lead and coordinate recruitment efforts, including campus tours, high school visits, recruitment events, and leveraging Slate to track, manage, and engage prospective students throughout the admissions process.

Represent the Institute at local, regional and national college fairs, delivering dynamic presentations and sharing insights on academic offerings, admissions

Collaborate with academic departments and other campus offices to ensure alignment in recruitment messaging and support recruitment goals.

Analyze industry trends and data, offering actionable insights to refine enrollment strategies and foster growth in alignment with institutional goals.

Use a blend of qualitative and quantitative data from Technologies Slate CRM to evaluate and enhance recruitment initiatives, ensuring they meet the needs of prospective students.

Work closely with colleagues to create and utilize data-driven solutions that enhance the entire student journey, from initial engagement through to enrollment.

Employ emerging technologies and tools, including artificial intelligence and data analytics, to support data-driven decision-making in enrollment management and student outreach.

Estimated % of Time Annually Indicates the estimated amount of time spent annually on each responsibility – use increments of 5%, totaling 100%.

RESPONSIBILITIES ESTIMATED% OF TIME: 50% - Visit area high schools to connect with prospective students, guidance counselors and any other school officials to give them information on the institute and maintain the relationship from suspect to enrollment.

45% - In support of the Director, engage with interested individuals to ensure they have a clear understanding of how to engage with the Institute and drive them to the next steps in the enrollment process. Support the Director in enrollment initiatives.
