Position Overview Seeking an experienced
Residential Real Estate Paralegal
to support attorneys and clients through seamless transactions. Manage a high volume of files with accuracy, initiative, and a client‑first mindset.
Compensation $60,000 - $70,000 (Based on Experience) + Performance Based Bonus Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
Manage 30+ transactions from post-attorney review through closing
Coordinate with clients, attorneys, realtors, title companies, lenders, and other stakeholders
Handle inspection contingencies and negotiate resolutions
Draft conveyance and transaction documents
Ensure excellent client communication and follow‑through
Qualifications
2+ years residential real estate paralegal experience (required)
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑stress environment
Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Self‑starter with a growth mindset and ability to work independently
Tech‑savvy; case management system experience is a plus
