Responsible for assisting with the implementation of digital strategies, including website, social media, email communications and intranet. Works with the communications team to design, edit and proof collateral such as cancer screening and event fliers as well as digital assets. Helps with special projects (gathering materials in preparation for meetings or events, providing event support, etc.). Essential Functions
Implementation of digital tactics, including website maintenance and social media and intranet communications. Conceptualization, design and production of communications collateral. Assist with special projects as requested by the Communications VP and Communications Strategists. Qualifications
Current student pursuing a relevant degree: marketing, communications, etc. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and basic Photoshop), Microsoft applications including Excel and PowerPoint, Prezi. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong inter‑personal, organizational and time management skills.
