Essential Job Functions:
Lead the vision and execution of dynamic outlet programming by driving innovative marketing strategies, strategic partnerships, and engaging activations that elevate brand presence and maximize revenue.
Champion a high‑impact F&B lifestyle and revenue strategy by aligning operations, optimizing pricing and promotions, and empowering teams to deliver elevated experiences that position each outlet as a market‑leading brand.
Accelerate revenue growth by creating compelling ticketed experiences, premium beverage offerings, and memorable private events that drive profitability and guest loyalty.
Build and inspire a high‑performing team by recruiting top talent and delivering a robust training program focused on product expertise, sales excellence, and flawless event execution.
Drive operational excellence and profitability through strategic cost control, clear accountability, and effective leadership across all food and beverage sub‑departments.
Continuously elevate the guest experience by analyzing customer feedback and market trends to proactively refine offerings, ensuring relevance, satisfaction, and competitive advantage.
Physical Demands:
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Some sedentary office work to complete reports and other computer‑related projects.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED, 6‑years' experience in food & beverage, culinary, event management or related professional area preferred, or
2‑year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major, 4‑years' experience in food & beverage, culinary, event management or related professional area; or
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major, 2‑years' experience in food & beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area.
Education:
Managers Food Handling Certification and Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required.
CPR Certification required, First Aide training, and AED Certification preferred.
Experience:
Required Experience in Food and Beverage Management.
Full‑time position with the flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
