
Operations Director

The Director of Operations at Chick-fil-A Deer Valley (3001 West Agua Fria Fwy) or Chick-fil-A Norterra (2575 West Jomax Rd) in Phoenix, Arizona is responsible for building and leading a high-performance front-of-house or back-of-house team that delivers remarkable guest experiences while developing future leaders for the organization. This leader will drive operational excellence, strengthen hospitality and kitchen systems, and coach team members and leaders to grow both personally and professionally. The Director has the opportunity to be trained and rotate through the hospitality, kitchen, and training areas of the business.
Leadership Scope
Lead and develop Team Members, Team Leaders, Trainers, and Managers
Oversee daily execution of front-of-house, back-of-house, or training operations, depending on the area of focus during that period
Collaborate with the Operating Partner to improve systems, performance, and leadership development
Build a strong leadership pipeline within the organization
What You Will Own
Ensure every guest receives remarkable hospitality
Maintain strong operational standards during peak business hours
Recruit, develop, and mentor future leaders within the restaurant
Improve systems and processes that increase operational efficiency
Monitor key performance metrics including guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
Maintain compliance with Chick-fil-A operational standards and food safety requirements

Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading teams in the restaurant or hospitality industry
Previous leadership experience overseeing multiple leaders or departments
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
This is an hourly role that estimates to $55,000 – $70,000 annual earnings
