Key Responsibilities
Oversee and actively participate in daily maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, generators, and general facility upkeep
Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment and infrastructure are safe, clean, and operating efficiently
Develop staff schedules and provide strong supervision, guidance, and support to the maintenance team
Maintain accurate documentation for repairs, inspections, warranties, and preventive maintenance
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues
Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, safety regulations, and labor laws
Coordinate facility repairs, upgrades, and new equipment installations
Collaborate with administration and department leaders to maintain a safe and well‑maintained environment
Communicate with staff through internal channels, including team WhatsApp group chats
Requirements
Availability 24/7 for emergency maintenance situations
Strong knowledge of building systems and general maintenance practices, preferably in healthcare or skilled nursing environments
Proven leadership skills with a hands‑on management style
Ability to troubleshoot problems and make sound independent decisions
Experience inspecting and maintaining facility infrastructure, equipment, and resident rooms
Experience managing maintenance supplies, equipment, and budgets
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Willingness to explore and implement new maintenance methods and technologies
