About the Role Boca Circle Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced
Maintenance Director
to lead our maintenance department and ensure our facility remains safe, functional, and welcoming for residents, staff, and visitors. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of building operations, equipment upkeep, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and oversee all facility maintenance and operations
Ensure all repairs, inspections, and equipment upkeep meet safety and legal standards
Supervise and schedule maintenance staff, assigning daily tasks
Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and warranties
Conduct regular facility inspections for performance, safety, and compliance
Coordinate renovations, installations, and routine maintenance projects
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and situations
Requirements
3+ years of maintenance experience (healthcare or nursing home setting preferred)
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, plumbing, and electrical systems
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast‑paced environment
Availability for on‑call emergencies as needed
