Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facility equipment, including mechanical systems, electrical systems, and plumbing Develop and implement routine maintenance schedules to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations Manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and training as needed Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance work Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall operations Requirements
