Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance work.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes.

Requirements
1+ years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast‑paced environment.
