Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facility equipment, including mechanical systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.
Develop and implement routine maintenance schedules to ensure efficient and cost‑effective operations.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance work.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall operations.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast‑paced environment.
