We are currently hiring a

Part-Time Marketing Specialist

to support our marketing efforts across digital, print, and customer communication channels. This role is ideal for someone creative, organized, and looking to gain hands‑on experience while contributing to real‑time business growth initiatives.

About the Role This position focuses on supporting marketing campaigns, content creation, and internal communication efforts. You'll assist with campaign setup, help maintain brand consistency, and support outreach efforts that drive customer engagement.

You'll need to be detail‑oriented, adaptable, and comfortable balancing both creative and administrative responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Schedule

Part‑time: 20‑30 hours per week

Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Includes a 30‑minute unpaid break

Initial 8‑10 week period, with opportunity for continued employment based on performance

Overtime must be approved by the General Manager

Pay Range $15 - $17 per hour, depending on experience

What You'll Do

Support the setup and management of marketing campaigns within ServiceTitan

Capture day‑to‑day content (photos/videos) in the office and the field for promotional and branding use

Create flyers, one‑pagers, and other branded materials

Assist in developing and refining marketing and customer communication content

Collaborate with internal teams to support timely and relevant marketing efforts

Provide backup support for inbound and outbound customer calls as needed

Assist with customer outreach tied to promotions and campaigns

Maintain consistency and professionalism across all marketing materials

Support administrative and coordination tasks for the marketing function

Required Qualifications

Strong organizational and time management skills

Clear verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in office and in‑field environments

Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM platforms

Previous marketing, social media, or content creation experience

Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)

Experience in home services (HVAC, plumbing, etc.)

Customer service or phone experience
