We are currently hiring a Part-Time Marketing Specialist to support our marketing efforts across digital, print, and customer communication channels. About the Role This position focuses on supporting marketing campaigns, content creation, and internal communication efforts. You'll assist with campaign setup, help maintain brand consistency, and support outreach efforts that drive customer engagement. You'll need to be detail‑oriented, adaptable, and comfortable balancing both creative and administrative responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment. Schedule Part‑time: 20‑30 hours per week Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM Includes a 30‑minute unpaid break Initial 8‑10 week period, with opportunity for continued employment based on performance Overtime must be approved by the General Manager Pay Range $15 - $17 per hour, depending on experience What You'll Do Support the setup and management of marketing campaigns within ServiceTitan Capture day‑to‑day content (photos/videos) in the office and the field for promotional and branding use Create flyers, one‑pagers, and other branded materials Assist in developing and refining marketing and customer communication content Collaborate with internal teams to support timely and relevant marketing efforts Provide backup support for inbound and outbound customer calls as needed Assist with customer outreach tied to promotions and campaigns Maintain consistency and professionalism across all marketing materials Support administrative and coordination tasks for the marketing function What We Offer Part‑time schedule Hands‑on marketing experience across multiple channels Opportunity for growth based on performance Supportive team environment with strong collaboration Exposure to real‑world marketing campaign strategy and execution Why Work With Us?
