Responsibilities
Create a comprehensive plan for the restaurant that considers the market, local competitors, sales revenue and expenses
Build restaurant staff through recruiting, interviewing, and training food service professionals
Retain proper inventory levels of food and dining items and make precise plans for anticipated sales patterns
Coordinates and manages all areas of marketing and community activities, including planning and execution
Undertake routine assessments of team members' performance and ensure that they are held accountable for their actions through performance management
Qualifications
Previous management or supervisory experience of 2-3 years is required, preferably in the restaurant industry
A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required
Showcase exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, strongly desired
Previous food service experience with the ability to oversee food inventory levels and manage costs
