Teaching individual, group and camp lessons in Tennis, Pickleball,
POP and Platform Tennis
Organizing and planning for Jr. Camp daily/weekly/seasonal activities, including hiring of coaches. Supporting staff of Professionals in various capacities from assisting in clinics to organizing lesson plans. Run Round Robin Groups for Tennis, Pickleball, POP and Platform
Tennis.
Adult Team organization from practices to court and match preparation and hosting. Volunteer to fill in for member/round robin groups who need a player. Working with a range of players, including Elite Training for Jr.
Players, from shot production, strategy as well as fitness.
Organizing and running multi-site, multiple-day tournaments. Club Ambassador for POP and Platform Tennis. Daily Maintenance & preparation of Har-Tru Tennis Courts. Work on logo designs and ordering several different lines of apparel for various racquet sports and events. Inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking. Hire, train, mentor and support staff. Scheduling coaching staff. Provide structure and planning for clinics, including Jr. Camps and programming such as Jr. Team, including scheduling & coordinating of home and away matches Work with back-office systems to provide programming that is available for registration by the membership, including coordination and scheduling of programming with Director. Assist in the development & growth of retail aspects of Racquet
Program.
Maintain Group and Individual lessons in all Racquet Disciplines offered by the club including Adults and Juniors. **Job Requirements**: Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Professional Tennis Management or a closely related field. **Required certifications:** USPTA/ RSPA Certified (Tennis) MRT Certification (Master Racquet Technician) PPR Certified (Pickleball) To apply, send resume to
