What You’ll Do As a
Body Shop Estimator , you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate repair planning and an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities Include
Provide accurate pricing and repair estimates for all vehicles
Prepare detailed estimates using CCC estimating systems
Review vehicle condition and align estimates with shop and OEM standards
Communicate clearly with customers, explaining repairs and costs
Assign and present quotes with full transparency (including parts and labor)
Perform pre-approval inspections and help define repair scope
Manage multiple estimates and projects efficiently with minimal supervision

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience with CCC estimating system
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Self-motivated, reliable, and punctual
Comfortable working in a body shop environment
Willingness to learn, grow, and continuously improve
Ability to follow OEM repair standards and guidelines
Valid driver’s license in good standing and reliable transportation
This job requires operation of a motor vehicle and therefore is classified as safety-sensitive work. Applicant must pass a pre-employment drug and background screening
What We Offer
$50,000 – $85,000 per year (based on experience)
