
Bilingual Property Manager

Key Responsibilities
Supervise building superintendents to ensure timely and professional response to tenant requests and complaints
Ensure on-site staff adhere to company policies and procedures
Manage and oversee outside contractors, including tracking contracts, payments, and project completion
Conduct monthly property inspections (interior and exterior), report deficiencies, and follow through on repairs
Partner with Leasing to coordinate smooth move-ins and move-outs, including key distribution and unit readiness
Approve purchase orders and work orders related to assigned properties
Inspect vacant units and assist with renovation planning and design recommendations
Respond to emergencies and prepare incident reports for management
Support compliance with all local laws and regulations
Assist with rent collections, delinquency matters, and attend court proceedings if required
Maintain professional communication with tenants, staff, and external partners
Requirements
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Prior experience in property management or assistant property management
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to commute between Flushing, NY and Bronx, NY as needed
Schedule Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM. This is an on-site position (no remote or hybrid options).
