Customer Relations Specialist – $17 to $20 an hour
As part of the Orkin team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to customers by ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s promise of quality and reliability.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments.
Navigate the Windows‑based and web‑based scheduling system to track routes and optimize schedules.
Schedule technicians to minimize drive time and recommend alternative routes when appropriate.
Use listening skills and probing questions to identify customer concerns and evaluate their needs.
Update and maintain the customer database with accurate call details, dispositions, payments, and other results.
Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
Participate in quality assurance processes, programs, and initiatives.
Safeguard customer privacy and other proprietary information.

Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Work Environment
Comfortable sitting at a desk and working with a computer, keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment for extended periods.
Ability to regularly lift or move up to 25 pounds.
