Sales Experience Manager (Advisor) - Park Place Volvo Dallas
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Contacting and communicating with customers to identify needs using the Asbury selling process
Building rapport with customers to create a base of referrals and establish a customer network
Answering internet leads within the required time and emailing product information with pricing
Answering sales phone calls and setting appointments for customers
Confirming appointments
Making outbound phone calls to follow up with customers on inquiry, after the sale, and for repeat business
Conducting test drives and vehicle walk-arounds with customers
Working with the customer from start to finish throughout the buying process
Qualifications:
Strong motivation to be successful
Ability to create and maintain customer relationships
Experience utilizing and maintaining a customer relations management database
Prior automotive sales or retail experience, customer service, call center, or business development experience is a plus
Maintain professional business attire and appearance
Bi-lingual is a plus
Self‑motivated and a team player
Minimum of eighteen years of age
Valid Driver’s License
Pass pre‑employment screenings (background and drug test)
