Movement Maker
About Movement Maker Movement Maker installs clarity-first authority systems that help brands win in the age of AI. We are not just a web design agency producing nice-looking websites. We build strategic digital infrastructure that helps brands get understood, trusted, and chosen, by both humans and AI. Our work brings together messaging clarity, website strategy, SEO foundations, AI visibility structure, conversion systems, and ongoing optimization into one connected system.
Our positioning is built on a simple belief: clarity comes first. When positioning and messaging are unclear, websites take longer to build, conversion suffers, and results are weaker. That is why strategy and clarity inform design at Movement Maker. We do not treat the website as a brochure. We treat it as infrastructure designed to attract, convert, and scale.
Our Core Values
Strategic Clarity: We connect vision to execution and measure what matters.
Agility: We move quickly with intention, adapting without chaos.
Growth Mindset: We’re always learning, refining, and evolving.
Relational Excellence: We operate like partners, not vendors.
Human-Centered Design: We build systems and experiences that serve people first.
The Role Movement Maker is hiring a Web Designer (Part-Time, WordPress/Elementor) to support the design and build of high-converting, clarity-first websites. This role is for someone who has strong execution skills in WordPress and Elementor, but who also thinks beyond visuals. We want a designer who understands that messaging, layout, structure, hierarchy, and user flow all shape whether a website actually performs.
This is not a purely production-based role. The right person will have strategic instincts and understand how design supports positioning, authority, and conversion. You will help translate brand clarity into pages that are polished, responsive, aligned to business goals, and structured to support both human users and emerging AI-driven discovery.
