Marketing & Social Media (Primary Focus)
Manage the
social media posting calendar
Bring
fresh, creative ideas
to the table — stay current on trends and help brainstorm new, relevant content
Create, edit, and publish engaging short-form videos using
CapCut, Canva, and other editing tools
Assist with
Instagram Reels, TikTok-style content, and YouTube Shorts
to build brand presence
Design flyers, postcards, and digital marketing materials in
Canva
Support
email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and blog posts
(formatting, uploading, keeping content current)
Track engagement and analytics across platforms to measure growth and reach
Office & Front Desk
Greet visitors and create a welcoming first impression
Answer phones and support daily office operations
Manage check deposits, scan and prepare documents, and update office displays
Assist with special projects and provide day-to-day office support
Events & Special Projects
Help plan and coordinate
client events, and community activities
Support setup, promotion, and follow-up marketing for events
Provide hands‑on support to ensure events run smoothly
What We’re Looking For
Polished, professional communication skills
(written and verbal)
Strong marketing skills
— social media strategy, short‑form video editing (CapCut), and Canva design
A
creative eye
— able to generate new, timely, and engaging content ideas while also executing provided content
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Flexible — understands real estate can be unpredictable and adapts quickly
Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
Customer‑service mindset — professional, positive, and solution‑oriented
Details
Schedule:
20–30 hours/week, set weekly schedule with some flexibility
Compensation:
Hourly, based on experience. $15/hr - $20/hr
