The YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking a
Customer Relations Specialist
to welcome our members, answer questions, give tours, and help individuals and families understand and access Y offerings.
Position is part-time 10-15 hours per week, year‑round. This is a flexible role that can fit a new retiree, as well as someone just starting in the workforce or seeking a second job. We are looking for weekend coverage with an occasional shift during the week.
We offer a +10% differential for staff who work the opening shift and another +10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English.

Gives tours.
Helps individuals and families understand and access Y offerings.
Other duties as assigned.
Must be reliable and committed to arriving on time for every shift.
Customer Service and Sales Experience.
Professional, alert, courteous, and tactful.
Spanish proficiency preferred (additional 10% pay differential for Spanish and English fluency).
Intermediate computer skills required.
