
Culture & Belonging Specialist

Job Summary
Reporting to the System Director, Culture and Belonging, the Culture and Belonging Specialist supports Tower Health's system-wide efforts to advance culture, belonging, and equity across our clinical and non‑clinical environments. This role is responsible for program development, implementation, and facilitation, with ownership over activities and initiatives that foster an inclusive, equitable, and respectful workplace and strengthen employee engagement, workforce retention, and patient care outcomes.
Essential Functions
Position provides in‑person support for Culture & Belonging initiatives at Phoenixville and Pottstown hospitals
Supports the implementation of Tower Health’s system‑wide Culture and Belonging strategy in alignment with organizational values and strategic plan
Partners with internal stakeholders to integrate belonging into workforce strategies and solutions, fostering the equitable and inclusive application of policies, practices, and procedures
Partners with Organizational Development to incorporate C&B content into system-wide learning
Facilitates in‑person and virtual C&B workshops and trainings that equip staff with tools and resources to contribute to Tower Health’s culture of belonging and inclusion
Develops, implements, and delivers C&B employee engagement events that build connection and community
Supports the rollout of workforce surveys and facilitates employee focus groups and listening sessions
Researches, analyzes, and tracks key workforce and program metrics related to culture, belonging, and engagement
Prepares and maintains departmental reports and dashboards
Identifies opportunities for process enhancements and improvements to increase effectiveness and efficiency of reporting
Manages and supports various C&B groups, including system working groups and Colleague Networking Groups
Creates surveys, infographics, flyers, etc., in support of C&B programming
Serves as a trusted internal resource on culture‑related concerns
Qualifications Education Requirements
4 year Bachelor's Degree – OR – combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
