Social Media Marketing Specialist - Job Description
Pay:
$30.00 - $50.00 per hour
Job overview Etehad Law is seeking a creative, results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to elevate our digital presence and drive client acquisition. This role goes beyond posting content. You’ll be responsible for building a strong brand voice, generating high-quality leads, and creating impactful campaigns that connect with our community.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic social media plan aligned with firm growth and client acquisition goals
Create high-performing content (graphics, short-form video, captions) tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement across all platforms
Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform insights
Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience sentiment to inform strategy
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build community trust
Collaborate with relevant personnel to ensure consistent branding
Maintain high standards for content quality, accuracy, and brand voice
Ideal candidate will also be able to
Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google) to generate qualified leads
Implement SEO best practices and keyword strategies to improve visibility
Experience
Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content strategy
Strong understanding of lead generation (especially for service-based or legal industries)
Proficiency in content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
Strong writing skills with the ability to create compelling, conversion-focused content
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
Extra Experience
Experience running paid ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and/or Google Ads
Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools
