(CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness and mental illness. CBI provides a full continuum of care throughout Arizona, Oklahoma and the District of Columbia.
Senior Manager of Housing and Community Integration The Senior Manager will oversee Managers and Supervisors, and manage day‑to‑day operations for the programs. Responsibilities include training, scheduling and ensuring staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties. The role also includes compliance with Arizona Administrative Code (AAC), Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and CBI Policies & Procedures, along with staffing, quality assurance shadowing, Dayforce maintenance, scheduling, time‑card review, PTO approval and disciplinary review.
Job Summary In this leadership role, you will guide managers, directors and staff, fostering an environment of excellence and compliance. Your focus will be on staff development, operational oversight and quality assurance. You will also maintain Dayforce and conduct adjudication duties such as time‑card review, PTO approval and disciplinary review.
Skills / Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; an Associate’s degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
2–5 years of experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
Minimum of one (1) year of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
Current Arizona driver’s license.
Clear 39‑month motor‑vehicle record.
Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) certification in accordance with A.A.C. R9‑10‑101.33 and CBI clinical policies and procedures.
Arizona fingerprint clearance card preferred.
Jail clearance preferred.
Peer certification preferred.
