Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services across Arizona, serving individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.
Independent Living Specialist CBI provides integrated substance use and behavioral health programs using evidence‑based models.
The Independent Living Specialists work with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) clients in their homes or in the field to develop independent living skills, such as food shopping, bus routes, home cleaning, hygiene, relationships, and community supports. Specialists are in the field at least 80% of the time, assist clients in sustaining recovery, and provide after‑hour and on‑call support.
Education and Experience Requirements
High‑school diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
1+ year of clerical and/or administrative experience preferred.
Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
