What you’ll actually do
Work across print and digital, with a strong focus on motion and campaign execution.
Translate strategy into thoughtful, well‑executed design across channels.
Create motion‑based assets for social, video, and digital campaigns.
Design print materials that feel as intentional as the digital work.
Contribute to concept development and help shape ideas, not just execute them.
Collaborate with strategists, account teams, and other creatives.
Own your work from concept through final production.
Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
What we’re looking for
2–5+ years of experience in design, with strong motion skills.
A portfolio that includes motion work alongside print and digital.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects (required) and Premiere.
Understanding of how motion enhances storytelling and engagement.
Comfortable designing across both print and digital formats.
Strong attention to detail and ability to take feedback well.
Organized, collaborative, positive, and proactive in your approach.
Nice to have (but not required)
Basic HTML/CSS or familiarity with how digital experiences are built.
Experience with Figma or similar tools.
Photography, video shooting, or illustration skills.
