AVIR Health Group is seeking a passionate and motivated

Director of Rehabilitation (DOR)

to lead our therapy team at our Camp Wood facility. This role is open to licensed professionals including

SLP, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or Rehab Techs .

Position Overview As the

Director of Rehabilitation , you will lead and manage the rehabilitation department to ensure the highest quality of care for residents while meeting operational, financial, and regulatory goals.

We are looking for a

team builder and leader

who is resident- and family-focused, highly organized, and excited to help shape a positive and collaborative facility culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the rehab team to achieve excellence in patient care, customer service, and financial performance

Oversee implementation of individualized therapy plans of care

Manage daily therapy schedules in alignment with patient needs

Coordinate admissions and discharges to ensure timely evaluations and documentation

Ensure accurate, complete, and timely clinical documentation

Monitor staff productivity, labor hours, and scheduling efficiency

Foster strong relationships with staff, residents, families, and referral sources

Qualifications

Licensed clinician in one of the following: SLP, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or related discipline

Previous leadership experience preferred (or strong interest in transitioning into leadership)

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Knowledge of rehabilitation services, compliance standards, and patient care practices
