to lead our therapy department to excellence.

What You’ll Do
Lead, motivate, and support a high-performing rehab team
Oversee daily operations of the therapy department
Ensure exceptional patient care and outstanding clinical outcomes
Manage scheduling, productivity, and departmental performance
Partner with interdisciplinary teams to deliver top-tier care
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company standards
What You Bring
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Management or leadership experience preferred
Experience with Net Health and Point Click Care (PCC) required
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for teamwork and patient care
