Call Center Representative

The Call Center Representative serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and providing product or service information in a professional and efficient manner. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, patience, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer needs, surveys, or service requests. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining professionalism. Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the system. Process orders, forms, applications, and service requests accurately. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor. Meet or exceed call handling metrics, including response time, call quality, and satisfaction scores. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve knowledge and performance. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred). Experience: Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or telemarketing role is an asset. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and call center software. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
