
Visual Merchandising Graphic Designer

LHH is seeking a Visual Merchandising Graphic Designer for our client in the beauty and lifestyle brand space. This role is responsible for developing, adapting, and producing visual assets across in‑store, print, and digital channels, with a strong focus on retail execution and brand consistency. The Visual Merchandising Graphic Designer will translate global brand guidelines into market‑specific creative, manage graphic design and production workflows, and partner cross‑functionally to ensure high‑quality, brand‑right assets are delivered accurately and on time across multiple touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and adapt visual assets for in‑store executions (POS, displays, lightboxes, window graphics) and digital channels
Translate global brand guidelines into locally relevant executions that meet retailer specifications and technical requirements
Own graphic design workflows from brief through final delivery, ensuring timelines, accuracy, and quality standards are met
Partner closely with marketing, sales planning, field, operations, and global teams to support seasonal launches and campaign initiatives
Prepare and oversee print‑ready files, supporting production and managing handoff to vendors and printers
Review, proof, and approve artwork, ensuring accuracy across layouts, color, finishes, and specificationsMaintain consistency and brand integrity across all visual outputs and retail environments
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Create internal creative materials as needed, including presentations, training tools, marketing books, mailers, and other collateral
Qualifications
4–6+ years of experience in graphic design, visual merchandising, or creative production, ideally within beauty, fragrance, fashion, or luxury
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related discipline
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Strong understanding of brand identity and the ability to apply brand codes across retail and marketing channels
Solid knowledge of print production, including materials, finishes, and color management
Highly detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Comfortable working within established brand guidelines while adapting assets for multiple formats and retailers
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment
Portfolio demonstrating retail, print, and brand‑driven design work required
