A camp food service provider is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager / Head Chef for summer camp kitchens in Florida. This hands-on position requires managing all aspects of food service while providing excellent guest satisfaction. Candidates must have 4+ years of commercial kitchen experience, knowledge of food allergens, and be able to cook from scratch. Room, board, and transportation expense assistance are included. The salary ranges from $1,300 to $1,500 per week.
