Duties and Responsibilities
Design distributor Master Trainer program and audit performance according to certification requirements.
Prepare and present technical training programs for customers and employees – including instructor‑led, e‑learning, online, and other multimedia delivery systems.
Fault engines for diagnosis training and communicate repair process to trainees.
Create and edit content such as presentation materials, workbooks, e‑learning, training calendar and other related documentation.
Implement operational structures for the Learning Management System (LMS).
Create student and system performance reports to identify and implement specific actions to improve student performance/participation rates.
Use KPI and LMS metrics to measure and improve distributor and OEM training compliance and service level.
Ensure in a broad sense the overarching technical elements of WBT, ILT and VILT training programs are consistent.
Arrange and conduct training of distributors and OEMs either in‑house and/or at customer location.
Track and document training session metrics such as attendees, covered syllabus, attendance, survey and expenses.
Collaborate with Learning Systems Coordinator, Technical Service Trainer and internal cross‑functional departments to gather and define technical data and content related to emerging issues and industry trends.
Assist LSC with creating and uploading e‑learning content.
Apply adult learning theory, instructional design and learner assessment to drive continuous improvements of training content and program effectiveness.
Conduct ILT and VILT training at LTC and customer locations as the need arises.
Conduct training of employees for technical training.
Prepare research and quotes for purchase of items needed for training department or training events within the scope of department budget.
Secure the safety of each training class and coordinate with safety officer to address and correct all issues.
Maintain and correct ILT assets pre/post training and verify operation of hands‑on stations.
Assist and maintain a team effort within the department that is customer‑focused.
Responsible for tool inventory and cleanliness and safety of training area.
Maintain an organized and secure work environment.
Support co‑workers in other departments as needed.
Inform manager of all noteworthy activities.
Follow safety guidelines and department and corporate policies and procedures.
