Certified Dietary Management (CDM)

Job Duties
Knowledge of and hands on experience with menu creation and food production
Ability to coordinate dietary services with other departments
Inventory, Order, and store food and material supplies weekly
Assume administrative authority and accountability of supervising dietary staff and the overall function of the Dietary department in strict compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations and code
Visit with residents daily to ascertain diet and food preference information
