Welcome to St. Martha Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare! Our 120-bed facility provides a warm and caring environment for short-term rehab patients, and long-term residents including memory care. Our team of seasoned staff work together to offer excellent service and care to each resident.
Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the housekeeping, laundry and floor care staff at the center according to policies and procedures, and federal/state requirements.
Provide leadership, support and coordination to ensure the quality standards, inventory levels, safety guidelines and customer service expectations are met.
Maintain records of income and expenditures, supplies, personnel and equipment.
Training, quality control and in-servicing staff.
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Long term care experience - preferred
Two years of direct environmental services operational management experience with inventory and purchasing knowledge
Excellent customer service and communication skills
