Role Description We are seeking a Property Administrator for a full‑time, on‑site position based in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Property Administrator will oversee administrative tasks related to property management, ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining communication with stakeholders, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations. Daily tasks include facilitating tenant relations, addressing inquiries, coordinating property maintenance, and supporting the property management team in their operational goals.

What You’ll Do

Perform various department administrative duties, process improvement, and financial functions.

Partner with field management staff, client accounting services, and management.

Assist with the preparation of budgets, monthly reports, and financial projects.

Review and approve vendor invoices. Code and process vendor invoices, billing, expense reports, and accounts receivables.

Review and process accounts receivables, maintain receivable/aging ledgers.

Conduct internal compliance reviews. Report review outcomes and make recommendations for change.

Provide customer service support to internal and external clients for basic inquiries and questions.

Verify the database of management and leasing contract information is accurate and up to date.

Support the contract execution process.

Responsible for review of data integrity across systems.

Work with senior management to improve operational compliance.

What You’ll Need

High School Diploma or GED with 3‑4 years of job‑related experience.

A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.

Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.

In‑depth knowledge of Yardi Voyager, Microsoft Office; to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive approach.

Strong experience in Property Management, with a clear understanding of property administration and operations.

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with property owners, tenants, and vendors while resolving issues and fostering positive relationships.

Proficiency in Budgeting to manage property expenses, assist in financial planning, and ensure fiduciary compliance.

Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field or accreditations is a plus.
