As a

Leasing Consultant , you'll be the driving force behind creating an exceptional living experience for our residents. Your ability to build strong relationships, strategically manage leasing operations, and showcase the unique personality of each property will set the tone for success. By working alongside a dynamic leasing team, optimizing occupancy and fostering a sense of community, you'll help uphold the

Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused professional to join our team as part of a dynamic leasing group. In this role, you will collaborate closely with property leadership to achieve leasing and retention goals, guide prospective residents through the leasing process, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to move‑in.

Duties & Responsibilities

Partner with the Service Manager(s) and Senior Leasing Director to support leasing performance and resident retention goals

Engage with prospective residents by responding to leads and inquiries

Conduct apartment and community tours for prospective residents, highlighting features and benefits of living at the property

Engage with prospective residents to communicate value, address questions, and successfully close leases

Review leasing files for accuracy while screening applications and qualifying prospective residents

Negotiate lease rates and terms within established budget parameters

Recommend pricing adjustments based on costs, market competition, and supply and demand trends

Build and maintain strong working relationships with guests, vendors, and other property management partners

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local Fair Housing laws and regulations

Prepare for and participate in regular leasing and marketing meetings

Minimum and/or Preferred Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in sales or sales management (leasing preferred), with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

Competitive, self‑motivated, and able to work independently with a strong work ethic

Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated success closing sales

Proficient in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while adhering to company standards

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Availability to work Saturdays

Valid driver's license required with a clean driving record

Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience in leasing, marketing, and/or property management preferred

Knowledge of the Minneapolis/Shoreview real estate market
